Big project wrap up!

Hey Sparkers! It’s been a MANIC few months with my consultation clients hence the minimal blogging – sorry! Hopefully over the quieter summer months I will have more time to pick up the pace on the blogging side.

I just wrapped up a big project with one of the loveliest clients I’ve ever had, Zoom In Photography. This 3 year old business specializes in family & children photography, and the team decided they wanted take things to the next level in 2016.

I worked with Anisa & Wisam, the wonderful husband and wife team, on creating a solid brand strategy and 1 year marketing plan. The project included the following:

  • A brand building workshop with their team
  • The development of the brand strategy
  • A brand advocacy session with the team that demonstrated how the brand strategy translates to day to day activity through hands on activities
  • Setting of marketing objectives
  • A one year marketing plan to meet those objectives

The above package is called Spark Strategy, and I regularly offer it to businesses that are either just starting out or established businesses that want to shake up their marketing efforts. It’s a collaborative and interactive 10 week project the involves people from all corners of your organization to help re-focus on the foundation of the brand.  To be honest, this is my favourite kind of work.

Following the delivery of the strategy (which ended up being over 120 pages long!), Anisa and Wisam had this to say:

“As a consultant, Maya invested the time to quickly understand our vision, and provided strategic and tactical direction so that we could hit the ground running. Her passion and energy for the project helped us deliver the optimal recommendation. Her focus on achieving her clients’ goals and professionalism are what allow us to recommend her without hesitation. It was a pleasure to work with Maya and we hope to do so again in the future.”

I thank them for their kind words, and I will hopefully continue working with their team to help turn the strategy we developed into reality.
