Launching your brand’s social media pages is as easy as the click of a few buttons, but after that you may find yourself scratching your head trying to figure out how to develop your brand’s voice across multiple platforms. For a little inspiration, here are five local UAE brands that are totally on top of their social media game.

Bounce Middle East
Screenshot 2015-08-25 11.49.12The idea of trampolining makes me a little giddy, and apparently 100,000+ other people agree. Less than a year old, Bounce has managed to develop its massive online following with a combination of cool content and promotion of its posts. Engagement is sky high on its Facebook page and the community manager does an awesome job of actually replying to all queries and a lot of the comments in a personalized manner. Do not like this page if you’re an old fart who hates fun!

  1. The success of regional campaigning on SM will only come when personal. It’s hard sometimes managing corporate clients SM and strategy due to the layers upon layers of approvals that can destroy the personality of the message sometimes – working with small business rocks!

    • Totally agree! I think the best brands, big and small, are those that are authentic with their fans. I’ve seen posts go from fun to flops as they go up the approval chain at big corporates. It’s best to empower and trust someone who knows social media and knows your brand guidelines to manage your content calendars. I never understood how a middle aged marketing director who doesn’t even have a Facebook account is supposed to be the final say on content!
